Mitsubishi has revealed an L200 (we know it as the MQ Triton) concept car prior to premiering it at this years Geneva International Motor Show.
Called the GEOSEEK concept, Mitsubishi claims that it “adds a dash of flavour to the current Triton” with “tough-look accessories geared towards outdoor enthusiasts”.
The Geoseek concept is resplendent in a solid tone pearl grey body finish, with fog lamp bezels, wheel arches, alloy wheel rims, side garnish, tailgate spoiler, rear bumper and door mirrors accented in a “vibrant” orange.
A mesh inner grille spices up the front fascia and there is a skid plate tucked below the bumper. A natty little roof basket is ideal for carting chickens and fresh produce across mountain ranges.
The L200 GEOSEEK also features working lights and hand holds fitted to the roof rails, to make loading the chickens easier.
On the inside it’s mostly black with “vibrant” orange accenting in strategic areas, said to be influenced by outdoor sporting wear.
Unlikely to wet the appetite of Aussie off-roaders, the L200 GEOSEEK is at this stage a concept that showcases a small range of mostly cosmetic accessories.
