Owner’s Thoughts

Love this little SWB Pajero, it’s taken us on a road trip through rural Victoria to Adelaide, and then along the great ocean road and up to Sydney again. Then a couple of trips up the Gold Coast, and up to Fraser Island where it out performed some of the big dogs (Land Cruisers and Patrols). Off-road it can sometimes have its advantages and disadvantages, being F/R independent suspension there’s little wheel flex, however being short it has awesome exit/entry angles.

Being the luxury pack, it’s full of features so it’s super comfortable. Let down by the interior build quality, and an apparent issue with seals getting rust (got some in the sunroof)

As it is the short wheelbase, when at home in Sydney it’s super easy to live with. Epic turning circle, easy to park and heaps of visibility. It has fairly agile steering for a 4×4, thanks to front and rear independent suspension. It is fitted with a deluxe steel bar, and the must-have roof platform for all the gear.

Love the car, just a little disappointed with the build quality, but no issues mechanically.
