Dion’s Maverick was built to showcase his business, but that doesn’t mean it sits at the factory looking pretty. He regularly pushes it to the limit off-road.
Dion is the owner of Full Boar Fourbie Drawers and no that’s not his face on the side of the Maverick.
Being an active sponsor of the 4X4 Adventure Club, means that Dion’s kitted the Maverick out to handle the challenging tracks the club drives on it’s weekend trips.
The Maverick is powered by Nissan’s ever reliable TD42 turbo-diesel engine, one that Dion says has “a few mods”, including a custom stainless snorkel that keeps the intake air clean and dry.
The barwork is all custom and includes a steel winch bar with hi-mount winch, rock sliders and a rear bar that incorporates a spare wheel carrier and jerry can holder.
Dion’s fitted a 3″ suspension lift and is currently running 35″ muddies.
Of course, the rear of the Maverick is fitted out with one of Dion’s own Full Boar Fourbie Drawer’s custom drawer units, and a fridge for the beer.
