The owners of the Prodrive Racing Australia Supercars team have revived the Tickford brand in Australia and they’re aiming to deliver a range of warmed over performance vehicles to Aussie enthusiasts over the coming years.
The re-born Tickford is headed up by CEO and race team principal Tim Edwards and they’re back in their old digs, opposite Ford’s now defunct production line in Broadmeadows Victoria.
“Tickford has been a much-heralded automotive brand since its inception and has delivered performance programs for a wide variety of models and we intend to continue that tradition,” Edwards said.
The first ‘tickled up’ cab of the new Tickford rank is the Ranger 4X4.
What you see here is the result of two-years of development work, culminating in a range of packages that allow Tickford customers to upgrade their Ranger’s powertrain, ride and handling, exterior styling and interior styling.
